Third party principals, not sub-contractors to Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane, provide all goods and services to you. Neither Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane nor any of its officers, employees or directors are doctors, dentists or otherwise qualified to provide information in relation to any medical procedure.

Your Representation to Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd and Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane

Even though Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane may have provided information regarding the availability of medical services or coordinated medical procedures, products or other services on your behalf, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane takes no responsibility whatsoever and excludes all liability for the actual medical services provided.

Third Parties

It is recommended that you check each third party service provider’s terms and conditions which apply to the goods or services they provide. You must ensure that you are aware of any exclusions or limitations of liability impressed by the service provider. All or some of these may exclude or limit liability for delays, property loss or damage, personal injury or even death. Apart from any condition or warranty entailed by law which cannot be excluded. Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane does not make any sanctions or statement or representation relating to the goods or services provided to you under this Agreement, whether by Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane or a Third Party.

Exclusion of Liability

Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by unanticipated or uncontrollable event or effect on our part or directly or indirectly in connection with any surgery or nonsurgical service organised by Esteem Cosmetic Studio Pty Ltd, Esteem Cosmetic Studio Brisbane on your behalf.
