If you gain weight after breast augmentation, your natural breast may get heavier which can lead to ptosis (sagging) of the natural breast tissue. Or the rest of your body may get bigger, and what used to be a reasonable size is no longer so.
It’s more motivating to lose weight and then have a breast augmentation than it is to have surgery and then try to lose weight.
If you plan to lose weight, a reasonable sustainable rate of weight loss is 1kg per week. It’s not about hitting a target weight; it’s about maintaining it.
