Fluctuations in weight after surgery could lead to changes in your results, and you may feel that you require additional surgery (which incurs additional fees). And there is no guarantee that further surgery will be successful.
The risk can be minimized by achieving your target weight before surgery, then choosing an implant size based on this weight, and maintaining your weight after surgery.
